• For custom lenses/prescriptions, full/partial advance may be required.

3) Orders & Prescriptions

• Provide accurate prescription details. We are not responsible for incorrect prescriptions shared by you.
• Order timelines are estimates; complex powers or special materials may require additional time.
• Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide.

4) Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Custom-made lenses and used contact lenses are typically non-returnable except if defective on arrival.

5) Warranty

Manufacturer warranties (if any) apply as per brand terms. Physical damage, scratches, or wear & tear are not covered unless specified.

6) Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order/service.
