Return & Refund Policy (Online Orders)
This policy applies to purchases made online (website/WhatsApp/phone orders) that are shipped to you. In-store purchases follow our in-store assistance and exchange guidance.
1) Return Window
- Frames (without prescription lenses): Return within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original condition with tags, case, and invoice.
- Prescription lenses & custom eyewear: Generally non-returnable once manufactured, unless damaged/defective on arrival.
- Contact lenses & solutions: Unopened boxes only; must be sealed and before expiry.
2) Not Eligible
- Used, scratched, or altered items; missing accessories or invoice.
- Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Personalized/engraved items (unless defective on arrival).
3) Damaged or Wrong Item
Please report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and product. We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
4) Return Process
- Contact us at officialeyeconoptical@gmail.com or WhatsApp with order details.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide a return reference.
- Pack securely with original accessories and invoice. Use the provided pickup or ship to our store address.
5) Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping fees/cash-on-delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
6) Exchanges
Where eligible, you may exchange for a different size/frame/style by paying/refunding any price difference.
7) Warranty Support
Brand warranties (if any) are honored as per manufacturer policy. Keep your invoice and warranty card.
